Penny suddenly remembered she kept a machine gun for this very purpose. She reached for its shelf.
A magical gem appear in Penny’s hand its power was to teleport vampires turtles to hell.
turns out Penny had been to see the dr about suffering from Delusions and Hallucinations. (could this all be in her head?)

Or was the dr a evil Warlock who had summoned the vampire turtles so that Penny would think she was delusional?
Suddenly, Penny remembers she hasn’t taken her meds in days.
