Activities help

Yesterday I went to starbucks, the smoke shop, CVS, target, subway, and ralphs. I also got gas. Today I went to starbucks and supercuts. I go to bed before 10PM and wake up around 5AM. If your sleep schedule is messed up I would stay up all night and go to bed at 5-6PM to reset your clock. It is better to go to bed early than late in my book. You get a lot more done.


I haven’t really had a sleep schedule since I was seven. I’ll stay on a pattern for a week or two, but then the pattern changes. Lately I have been going to sleep around 7:00 and getting up around 2:00.
