Acceptance of Beliefs

#1

I grew up catholic but branched off and explored Buddhism a bit later on which helped me with my illness more than Christianity perspectives. I just feel upset when a Christian says belief in angels and spirits or prophecy is the devil yet are lesbians and watch porn. That’s hypocrisy. My beliefs are very aligned with the bible but I take a strong notion that humanity is older than we know. I also have proof of energies and resonances of detached souls. The tarot is a device to connect to the natural phenomena of reading the present environment to understand the future through objective analysis of what is. Spiritual and religious beliefs are a part of the biological and holistic view of every independent person and are not the same as signs of illness or delusion. perhaps I am very original in this thinking, but this is my preferred self expression and I don’t like to hide behind a blanket of lies over what I believe. We are entitled to our own beliefs. I believe this is a holy god given and divine truth of nature and life itself, so is my faith a sickness?

No, not at all.
And the Bible has lots of record of angels, spirits and prophecies…I’ve had church people say the same thing about being of the devil. It’s only of the devil if it’s demonic, or deceptive. I’ve had major proof of departed souls, and that’s another thing the Bible does not deny. In fact when Jesus walked on water they thought he was a ghost. He didn’t say there are no such thing as ghosts or ghosts were demons, he just said it was him.

“And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.
But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.”

Here’s another cool one from Job 4:

" Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a little thereof.

In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men,

Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake.

Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up:

It stood still, but I could not discern the form thereof: an image was before mine eyes, there was silence, and I heard a voice, saying,

Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his maker?"

There is only one reality and its not that pretty. Everything that diverges from reality is a delusion. Believe what you want no one cares. If there is a God he and I are not on good terms.
