Abstract painting

Sure thing :pensive:

://

Anyways hope all is well with you and you’re keeping busy

That’s cool. Do you paint often?

I wish I had some artistic/musical talent. I was born without it. I can’t draw/paint/sing/dance or play an instrument, I have no sense of rhythm or artistic style.

I Very Kindly Thank You For Your Well Wishes. Like A Vampire In The Daylight Of Night!.

But!, Truthfully, I Plan To Write Some More Song’s With My 12 Note Aztec Steel Tongue Drum.

It’s A Fascinating Instrument. And I Thoroughly Enjoy Playing It.

All I Need Is Some Strobe Lights And A Candle.

All Set (!!!).

I used to paint more often but recently I haven’t been in the mood much.

Thanks for the nice words

Are you sure you can’t draw. I’m curious to see how you draw now.

I find observational drawing is the most fun.

That’s cool you enjoy playing the drum. That’s pretty useful. For your mental health etc.

lol, other than stick figures, no, I can’t draw. At least not very well. I had to do some drawing in University where I would look through a microscope and draw what I see, but all I saw was cells so I just drew some circles.

Believe me, I have no talents in the Arts department. I envy those that do.

If I could choose a talent it would be music. I wish I could play an instrument and dance around but I have no sense of rhythm. I’ve tried the piano, guitar and saxophone. When I dance I look like an idiot.

Don’t worry you are not alone.

I can’t dance or play any instrument or sing.

It is a shame.

But we just got to play the cards that we are dealt isn’t it.

I’m sure you’re good at something else

I was pretty good in school academically. I graduated high school with an A average and went to, arguably, the best University in the country for STEM (But I had to drop out cause of schizophrenia). I’m more of a science nerd that an artsy person.

Not To Turn Your Painting Thread Into Other Inquiries.

But!, Since We Both Brought It Up!.

Thus Instrument Isn’t Like Your Usual Drum. It Has Nice, Soft, Mellow Some Deep Tones.

Played With Two Sticks That Has Two Round Ends Of Soft Plastic Spheres.

That Can Be Therapeutic, Relaxing, And Calm.

I Was Excited When I Accidentally Discovered It. And Quickly Purchased It Online.

It’s A Fun, Very Useful Experiment Deeply Rooted Into A Culture Fascinated By Ghouls And Goblins.

Or!, So I’ve Read.

If You Find Yourself Bored One Morning, Noon, Afternoon, Evening, And Or Night.

Perhaps Look On YouTube For Examples Of It’s Structure.

My Plans For The Future Musically Is To Purchase Some More Deeply Rooted Instruments.

Jus To See Where It Takes Me!.

Maybe You Could Too!.

Perhaps Tie These Possible Thing’s Into Your Artwork Of Painting’s?.

Hmmmm (:joy:)…

I don’t know what you mean by

And I’m glad to see that you are looking to explore other instruments too I can’t even imagine how many there are to choose from.

I actually sold my keyboard a few months back now because I find it depressing learning an instrument if I can’t sing aswell.

I just find it a waste of time then tbh.

But thanks for the encouragement of ideas!!

Hmm?. . .

I Once Almost Lost My Voice During My Adventures Of Trying To Sing/Write Song’s.

As Thus Happened I Decided To Continue Anyways.

I Learned, All One Has To Do Is Find THEIR Voice. It’s In The Foundation Of Their Core Heart.

What Makes Them, Them. Their Blood’s Blood. Their Mind, Body, Aura, Shadow. And So On.

It Takes One Courageous Step. Letting Go Of The Judgment In Endless Self Reflection.

And The Rest Will Follow Suit!.

Cool yea I like a little science too. Sorry to hear that you had to drop out though because of schizophrenia. Hopefully you were able to retain some of that knowledge and find it useful in your life somehow.

I personally am still grateful for the little sciency things I learnt even though my current job is completely not sciency at all.

Idk… I once tried singing and I was shockingly disappointed… Lol.

But thanks

I will take note of what you said and reflect on it

The Messengers Sat Wide Eye’d…, Sad Surprise…, Seeing Depth In The Lens Of Time… . … :pensive:

Well, after dropping out, they had me on so much medication I felt like I couldn’t go back to school. I really regret that, I’ve always wanted my degree, but circumstances prevented it.

But I did know quite a bit about computers and it was possible for me to get my computer technician certificates without having to go to back to school, I wrote some tests and got my CompTIA A+ and Linux + and Systems Support Specialist computer technician certificates.

I’ve done some freelance computer technician work over the last number of years. I have some local businesses and residents that call me when their computers break down. I have also setup some websites. It’s not an ā€œofficialā€ job and I don’t run my own business, but I make a little extra money that way.

That’s cool you put your knowledge to good use. Maybe one day you can even go into a computer related job.

If you feel safe to do so.
