Absent mindedness 😳

Drove around town with my friends… not too bad but feel like i can not follow GPS sometimes. Anyway

GPS is irritating at times…but without it I have to be heavily instructed or taken to a place about 3 times before I feel comfortable driving there…

When using gps I always take the turn before the one I’m suppose to on accident. I suck at using it…

I can’t drive. mom won’t help

I can not drive without GPS as I do not know much of the roads yet. but I drive everywhere - highways and road trips too =)

i have been going to my current mental health clinic for over a year and i still don’t know the roads and how to get there.

my therapist thinks most of my space cadet ways are med-related

I had it when I was like 18 - 20 too it just got much worse after the illness =(

weve been through trauma but every safe moment takes us closer to reality and further from the unrealities in our head
