Man this sucks. Yes I take my meds, just a different one now. But abruptly stopping abilify, which is what the doctor had me do, is seriously kicking my booty. My stomach is in knots. I am about to get sick and actually getting sick constantly this past 24 hours. A lot more symptoms going on but it’s my stomach bothering me most. Just needed to complain a little

It might be iti-007 side effects and not abilify withdrawal.

For a sour stomach you can always try to eat foods that are more easy on the stomach. Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast are all good options. Also mint tea can help soothe a stomach too. Feel better

Maximum antipsychotic has unbearable side effect… cuz scientist doesnt know what goes wrong in schizophernic brain… No breakthrough till now… we have to wait guys… life sucks…

It’s alright. Just want to lay in bed all day, but to much to do with kids and moving. Going to take some Pepto and tough it out.

It’s an imperfect art and science.
But cold turkey is suggested by turkeys.

That’s interesting. I usually hear docs want you to taper down. I got into this clinical trial so fast they just said to suddenly stop taking it a day before I went into my appointment that I got my new medication. I’ve been of abilify for maybe 9 days now(just guessing as I don’t remember the exact date)

You might be loosing weight, metabolic might be faster now and you think you have anxiety. You might not be used to loosing weight.

Well, some kids, the little ones, like to help mom. I see some help coming your way?
You might be surprized how much they are capable of. I had to move by myself (furniture and all, uhaul truck).
My son was only 6yrs. He actually packed 3 rooms of stuff in a week. I was taping up the bottoms of the moving boxes to pack.
The next thing I know, there he was, tiny little hands rubbing the tape, telling me I need to rub the tape more to stick better.
Kids are really amazing people.

For me abilify withdrawal was just constant sleeping, like 17 hours a day…
