My abilify (5mg) has made me into an anxious insomniac. I used to be on seroquel, and I remember even a dose as low as 50mg got rid of all anxiety and knocked me out for at least 8 hours a night.
I was thinking of starting to take them together: 5mg abilify and 50mg seroquel. Is this a dumb idea or could it be the magic combo I’m looking for?
im on 800mg quetiapine and 20mg of clopixol…so yeah a med combo might work for you…but you are on a low dose of Seroquel (which is quetiapine)

Seroquel can definitely help with your sleep I don’t think that’s a bad idea at all! I was on seroquel for a long time and it worked well for me. I don’t need it anymore because my circadian rhythm is finally normal.
