I increased my abilify to 15mg from 10mg. I feel more positive. Also lots of other subtle changes. It feels like I’m having to do less work to stay sane.
It’s still early days though. I wonder if it’ll increase my blood sugar again or if it’ll increase anxiety.
But so far it’s looking like I did the right thing.
