I’m soooo restless, but at the same time I have no energy. I want to scream and rip my feet off.

During psychotic episodes I used to scream in a whisper. It was awful.
oh God I hate that feeling. It makes me want to jab an icepick into my eye.

I sometimes scream key words like avolition voices delusions for no reason when i ride my bike… weird
