For me I take melatonin and it works better than all the other meds for example I think temazapam is a full blown scam I call it temazaSCAM ambien I call it SCAMbian none of them work only melatonin

Idk why they don’t just make melatonin a prescription pill that you don’t have to pay for it works better than the BS other meds

That’s just my experience maybe it works for others idk I’ve seen people talk about meds that i thought were scams for over a decade and they help people A lot not me tho
