They take a secretion from the mucous membane of the inner side of the cheek. My psychiatrist insists to make it, because then it tells you what is the best medication for you. They do the research in the USA. It’s very expensive.
Also she advises me to start working 6 hours per day, not 8. I am not sure - I am bored at work as much as I am bored at home. But at least they pay me for this.
