Would he have sung "Do ya think I’m ill ? " . It’s a thorny question the whole ill or not thing. There’s what we think and what others may observe .

My doc observes psychosis whereas I see spiritual experience. But I trust her. We have to abandon the dream world of psychosis and come back to the real world.

My former pdoc saw psychosis where I saw spiritual experience too. My present pdoc say’s “Whose to judge?” I like my present pdoc’s attitude.
