A rough night

Baby had bad diarrhoea and it went all over the cot. I’ve had to change him and strip the cot. Meanwhile he is wide awake now so we have got up.

Hopefully we can both get a bit more sleep soon on the sofa.

I’m going to call the doctors this morning about him as his poo has not been right for a week now and he’s hardly been eating.

I’m so anxious. Whenever something goes on with him like sickness or anything I feel like I’m going to loose him. It’s like trauma from his birth.

Oh Lord, blowout diapers. Amazing how something so small has that kind of range. I miss some things about parenting Littles, but THAT is not one of them! Hope you get some sleep tonight and the Q-let sorted in the AM. Hugz and all that.

Whenever I have diarrhea my mom tells me to drink plenty of fluids.

Don’t think I’ll be missing it either once they are older. Here we call them poonamies.

I’ve been vomited on pooped on and all sorts. I’m sure you have experienced the same thing.

He’s just seen the dr. It’s a tummy bug. Could last another few days. Just have to make sure he gets enough fluids.

So sorry your little one has a tummy bug. They are the yuckiest parts of being a mom. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Luckily, kids spring back quickly.

Yes. It’s one thing I’ve learned. They are very resilient

If he’s old enough to have a drink of blackcurrant Ribena juice, I’d give him some good for kids who are sick

He is 15151515151. Still prefers his milk at the moment though.
