I’ve come to realize I wouldn’t wish any mental illness on my worst enemy. tbh it’s what’s kept me from taking my own life many-a-times. The possibility of passing on PTSD to who ever finds the body even passing indirectly or directly to a child. I wouldn’t wish any mental illness on my worst enemy never mind an innocent. Hang in there it does get better.
