A question that I always ponder

Knowledge is power -OR- ignorance is bliss?

Which one?

Knowledge is ignorance. Power is bliss.

Hmm.
That is so true.
A little knowledge is good to navigate life
A little Ignorance is good too to not worry about the future too much
I guess it’s a balance!
But if I really had to choose one…it would be ignorance is bliss. Being too knowledgeable can be boring.

I agree with everything you said. Balance is important. And I prefer blissful ignorance too. Too much knowledge comes with too much stress. :v:

Knowledge is empowering, and ignorance certainly isn’t bliss.

I disagree. Ignorance can be bliss… If we didn’t know the things we know we wouldn’t have to worry about them. They wouldn’t be a problem. I’d rather be unaware of something than aware with it and have a problem with it. If that makes sense

Knowledge is power!

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Ignorance is the root of all the trouble in the world.

They are both true at times although I would usually rather have more knowledge. I always feel that I don’t know enough.

Well knowledge happens to be bliss. read up on page 2.

#IhEard “they are savages!!”

When all are foolish 'tis folly to be wise. I don’t think your proposition has to be an either/or proposition. It is possible to have knowledge and power and still be miserable, and ignorance can be bliss, but not always.

There’s alot of things in this world I wish I didn’t know…
