Life gets really really hard sometimes
Sometimes my mind slips inside out, upside down
Rhymes ease the pain at times, but more importantly sweetened the lemons of life
Shown in the way my soul seems to like to express itself through poem, calms me when I’m wound round and round
Strife still lingers some days, but my fingers type it away for a few minutes while I write,write write
So what to say, except when I’m done writing this its back to rolling with the punches, and sometimes bearing up under life’s beating pounds, highs and lows, smiles and frowns
