Yeah, I never talk about my mental illness at work, and rarely to anyone else, but I also think it’s because I don’t think any good will come of it. If you say your foot hurts everyone can relate. But when you say you have a serious mental problem almost nobody can relate.

I did tell my former employer that I have sz. He was super understanding and helpful. But I still had to quit my job eventually. Nobody at work knew about it except the boss of course.
