That sounds like a feeling we all deserve at some point.
Although I pose a question, is it you that is “Normal” or are our dream worlds “more normal” and better synced with what we would like to experience?
Sometimes I have trouble distinguishing dreams, but I know sometimes they’re better than the real world.

That recent article compared sz to never waking up and our minds being in a constant dream-like state and it makes a lot of sense.
We are simply half asleep, hypersensitive and hallucinating as though we were in our beds.

My dreams get more vivid and strange when unmedicated or poorly medicated. I think we act more like ourselves in dreams, all masks fall off.
