The desire to do nothing
Versus
The necessity to do
Something

I live by the motto ā€˜when in doubt don’t do it’.

ā€œJust do itā€. (Nike)

The more you think about it, the less likely you’ll get started. Doubts creep in. It’s a deadly trap and I’ve been guilty of it countless times.

If there was an ancient Greek god of hesitation, I’d be his ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  son.

A well known battle. I had to wrestle with myself a couple of hours to get the will to go for a walk today.

Negatives?

Lazy?

Burnt out?

All those questions we ask ourselves, all that time wasted doing nothing.

I’m of the mind picking nothing over something.

But I feel the line we have to find, is guilt. If I don’t do it and I feel guilt, maybe that’s negatives. If I don’t feel guilty, and just want to not do it. That’s lazy. If I do stuff in small doses, and just can’t anymore, that’s burn out, and I would need time to recoup.
