A poem I wrote

The hippopotamus lives in ■■■■,
Nobody likes them, not a bit,
Their jaws can open wide,
With giant teeth they cannot hide,
And when they leave their watery hole,
They have an odor they cannot control,
They are a big, ugly beast,
Of all God’s creatures, I like them least.

How close did you get to one?

All I know is they have notoriously bad tempers and can kill a lion. You don’t want to mess with one and you don’t want to get too close to one.
