Sometimes I feel that alien civilizations
have made this trumanomatrix for me.
I’m stuck in the computer and my life is
being watched constantly by cameras
and by the eyes-cameras of people and mine.
My eyes show the POV angle

It’s hard to prove that your delusion is wrong. Hell, even I might believe it.
But I don’t think there are cameras implanted everywhere. I think, if everything was a simulation, there would be no need for cameras. Or am I wrong?
I learned to ignore my delusion since I started meds. There was no need to dwell on stupid delusions.
Try to ignore those thoughts. Hopefully they will go away!
