i have had an increase in symptoms the last few hours, mostly dealing with paranoia and voices. i keep thinking i’m being watched or that my in laws have cameras over in their part of the house.
i heard voices before along with some scratching and growling from the walls. now they seem to be the only thing i hear. i called my partner she talked me through it a bit and asked what do i usually do when i hear things or feel paranoid. i told her i listen to music and write in my journal.
I noticed some weird stuff for me too last night like I had the strong sense someone was standing by my bed again and I couldn’t sleep because of it I kept getting shocked awake at the sensation.
Back when I was really sick I heard slithering sounds coming from the walls sometimes. Once I heard clawing and scratching like there was a hoard of rats in the walls.
For me it helps to do distracting stuff like play a video game or watch a video that takes all of my attention.
i did some chores that helped listening to music while doing it. i even did some of my in laws laundry which i shouldn’t have because they aren’t paying me for that this weekend.
Yeah doing simple labor like that helps me too, it’s something that requires all your attention but also isn’t stressful. Helps flip a switch in my head I guess.
