A little effort can pay dividends

I’ve always been something of a lazy thinker/have not had much mental stamina. A solution comes to me quickly or I give up . I had a 2nd go at Dr Greg Grove’s( he’s an educational consultant) ‘Uncommon common’ test . I made an effort to think longer and harder at the questions than I normally would .

Uncommonly common 2

A 6 points improvement . 1.6(27% of that) can be attributed to the ‘practice effect’ . The point of this post is not about how good the score is , but about how making an effort can make a difference .
