Does anyone actually have a pleasant relationship with their voices? If so how did it come to be?

My voices were nice to me then totally screwed me over so I haven’t listened to them ever since. 
How did they screw you over?

They told me to follow a car and the car I was following drove to the police station. Luckily they let me go with a warning.
