A good night's sleep is so important

A good night’s sleep is so important, I am so grateful if I fall asleep.


Sleep deprivation causes schizophrenia-like symptoms.

I need at least 10 hours of sleep every night. I know because if I don’t set an alarm, I naturally sleep that much on my own. And I feel very good on that amount of sleep.

I sleep for 12 or 13 hours
