A good friend of mine has lost 55 lbs! I am really proud of her but also jealous… I asked her how she did it and she said she don’t eat beef very often, mostly she eats chicken and turkey lots of veggies and no more than 5 mg of sugar but put a little stevia in her coffee (I do the same but with tea) she said that the sweet cravings she had were now gone and even her sugar went down in the mornings (she’s diabetic and her highest blood sugars tend to be in the morning) sigh maybe I can do it… I’m gonna try but we’ll see what happens
