I woke up early and took my meds and had my breakfast after which I went to ride my bicycle. I did ride my bicycle 23 kilometres today and the sun was shining. It was + 16 C. I sat on the city park benches and got some sunshine, also vitamin D. Vitamin D is good for countering depression and I feel quite good now. I am hoping to lose some weight that I gained during the winter. My goal is to ride my bicycle at least 20 km a day. Many trees have green leaves already. Today was a good day.
