If there are no apparent wounds, then it’s probably ok. I doubt it could damage a nerve without breaking the skin. You might be somatizing. Are you able to move your finger?

in my experience the little dog breeds seem to be more aggressive than big ones. ive encountered many super angry chihuahua and miniature pinschers but never ran into a big dog that was like that. i dont know if its due to the nature of the dogs themself or if the people who get little dogs have less experience training and dont teach their dogs how to behave because they figure how much harm could a little toy dog do. meanwhile the owners of large dogs are more adamant about training because they know their dog biting someone could more likely result in them being put down
