Is anybody working on a cure for schizophrenia? If yes when they started? Did they had any breakthrought?

It’s just feeling. How much stress can you experience before you end up in an imaginary world. It is difficult to feel, but you are not psychotic from one day to the next.
Taking risks and assuming that things are going well is my saying.
