A common nasal decongestant lacks evidence but is still sold in the UK

I must say most things I buy nonprescription never thought they really helped

But tried a few things recently and was surprised by their effectiveness

Do think though that a lot of these things are useless

Take Nurofen for example:

Knew it was a con anyway. You can buy generic brands of ibuprofen / paracetamol / aspirin for about 60p-£1 in your local supermarket.
