Taking photos and posting them is an art I have to master.
I don’t know how to do it, yet.
Yes I went to the health club today.
Two hours have passed since I finished my workout, and I am finally starting to feel more energetic.
Maybe I will go to the health club again today, we will see.
I am such a FOOL, I haven’t showered yet since the end of the workout.
I need to bring with me clothes to the health club so I can shower right after a workout.
So the first thing that I am going to do now is to take a shower.
Then brush my teeth, shave.
And then we will see.
Off I go!

Hi Erez, I want to go to the gym again. I usually shower there too. I pray for no intrusive thoughts today I want to go out today but I don’t know if I can. I’ve messaged you too. Thanks Chess
