I woke up and it was a beautiful sunny morning, -3 C and I had my coffee, breakfast and took my meds. I think I am going to ride my bicycle a lot today. I feel quite good now.

I went to a grocery store to get some milk and then I rode 6 km. It felt a little cold, well it was -3 C, but it is nice that there is the sunshine. Now I am having some coffee.

I just rode nearly two hours. The sun is shining, a nice early winter day.

I rode over 21 km today. It was a nice sunny and little cold day (-2 C).
