It happened last week while I was off on holidays. It would not have happened on my watch…I’m practically OCD when it comes to sortation…gotta get everything perfect.

Apparently the expensive item to be delivered was wrapped in a plastic bag…for some reason…and labeled ‘PRIORITY’.
The company is investigating.
It did occur to me that the customer may be trying to pull a scam, claiming he sent a $40,000 parcel when it was just a bag of worthless stuff.
That’s a possible scenario as well. We’ll see where this all leads. I’m just glad I was off work when all of this went down.

In my country you get told the limit to what is insured when you send your item
