Yeah they usually put a lot of milk here in some places and not enough cinnamon. Still good just super sugary in most places.

Sweet, somewhat milky like coconut, cinnamoney and watery. Usually it is stirred and or chilled.

Hahah you better invest in agua de jamaica and agua de platano… even agua de coco if you want to compete with the little girls selling agua de limon. Oh and can’t forget agua de tamarindo.
You may want to hire jesspresso as a coworker. She can stir it up while you serve or vice versa.
