My latest tips:
- Serve your own mind only (don’t mix up with the others that much of).
- Don’t be too empathic emotionally and rather a wisdom-based empath.
- Keep distance to all the triggers.
- Act normal (even nobody is).
- Love your mind and everything in you, that is important for you to keep.
- Don’t drown down because of your symptoms - get up from there!
- Set a goal out of all the above, i.e. build up a system.
PS. Worry later act now and remember to chill out too sometimes.
