My latest tips:

  1. Serve your own mind only (don’t mix up with the others that much of).
  2. Don’t be too empathic emotionally and rather a wisdom-based empath.
  3. Keep distance to all the triggers.
  4. Act normal (even nobody is).
  5. Love your mind and everything in you, that is important for you to keep.
  6. Don’t drown down because of your symptoms - get up from there!
  7. Set a goal out of all the above, i.e. build up a system.

PS. Worry later act now and remember to chill out too sometimes.
