What it took for me to have the energy to workout today. I was just so tired. Normally, I’m sensitive to caffeine so hopefully I don’t need to keep doing that. The coffee I drink has 45 mg per serving.

4 cups is all the coffee I’ve had so far this year.
Did you know Theine and Caffeine are one and the same molecule? But tea contains other substances which slow down absorption.
