3d thread v2

Pretty happy with this one except the tail lights … I couldn’t get it right. Any suggestions would help :+1:t5:

Was originally supposed to be a 4 door Porsche panamera but I had to change it to one. The lights are :poop: tho

Last 3 look good together

Doing alright I guess, try to take it day by day even though life is hard. Not doing much hobbies lately, watching series on Netflix, watching Band of brothers right now. Feels good to take a break, hehe. What about you man?

That’s good bro… I like to watch TV alot too.
I’m up to the same ol stuff lol probably need a break too but fear my sz taking over .

Anyways… enjoy your break man … kick back and eat some icecream :icecream::smirk:

Yeah you’ll feel it when you need a break. :+1:

After my break I think I’m gonna do some Warhammer 40k building and painting, if my wrist can handle it(had some problems with that). There’s something chill about just painting models instead of creating your own. :slightly_smiling_face:

That’s awesome man! Can’t wait to see them!! I’m going in the opposite direction lol I want to build models from the ground up but I gotta be practical at this point :unamused::roll_eyes:

Thanks bro!! I think I’m starting to build a technique. Tbh … close up I think they are still lacking. I think after I finish them all I’m gonna take a break untill I finish the ai phase and then revisit and maybe improve them.

My technique has changed alot over the course of doing the 12 models I’ve done after getting all 32 done there will probably be noticable differences between the early and later models.

At this point I’m just getting my feet. Im happy with the work for what it is but don’t think it’s actually game ready.

Yep that’s how it is isn’t it, you’re better at the end :grinning:. Btw do you have a curved monitor!? Never tried one of those.

Yea I love it. Playing video games is fun on it

Ah that’s neat. Maybe I’ll have to get one of those bad boys in the future, when I have more money.

A new PC is next on my list. I’m still using a zbook g3

I bought a pc a month ago, spent 3000 USD.

Next on my list is a 24 inch monitor that is color accurate. The one I have now is one of those gaming ones, and it has this filter with increased saturation. Makes everything look more vibrant, but not accurate… also something insane like 200+ fps… I would be fine with 60hz really.

Yea I think you did say something about that on the forum!! Bro .I wish I could afford a rig like that lol must be super nice :sunglasses:

I take it your not running into any profimance issue

Also… if I ever get the money I’m on the same thing. My laptop is color accurate but the screen is small. I need a J.O.B!!!

Yeah, it’s a 4080 gpu, can run anything you throw at it, but bought it for blender performance, I will probably have that PC until the day it dies lol. I spent basically all the money in my account on it, so ain’t no way I’m upgrading anytime soon.

Maybe you’ll make some money on the game? I’m guessing mobile is a very tough market but it seems like you’re sort of narrowing in on a niche in racing games?

It’s a great investment tho bro! If I had enough that’s what I would do too …fr

Yea I’m starting to narrow it down a little. Still split on a few things but I’m gonna worry about that a little later … nothing works if the cars aren’t fun to drive and look at .
Honestly…I do t expect to make anything on the game. It’s my first finished game and I think I should lower my expectations for this one. I am in it for the long hall tho …so won’t be my last game

Domain specific knowledge such as physics, graphics, simulations. I’ve studied these for years.
