Been in a good mood today.

Ate healthy this afternoon (fresh fruit, then a big salad).

Just chilled all day, was relaxing.

Slept very deeply and woke up feeling good.

Went to the gym and walked for 25 mins and jogged the last 10 yards.

Made my bed, took my medication, and went to work.

  2. Made a good planning for the days my son is free from school the coming months. Am really happy that is arranged well.
  3. Spoke to someone nice on the phone and made an appointment to meet next Friday.

I have to post twice today because I missed yesterday!

Yesterday:
My son turned 12! We had cake and ice cream.
I baked and did well on the cake.
I made my son smile

Woke feeling good even though I didn’t sleep good. Made my bed.

Took my supplements and medications.

Went to the gym and walked for 30 mins.

Came home, took a cold shower, cleaned up, put on some nice clothes, smelled good, meditated for 20 minutes and went to work.

Had the day off from work.

After making a to-do list with nine items on it, I was able to cross off six of them.

I’ve been in a good mood all day.

Didn’t feel like getting out of bed and layed there for almost 16 hours just feeling lazy. Eventually got up to go to work.

Put on some nice clothes, ate some good food.

Went to work.

I woke up earlier than usual, and got to campus earlier than usual.

I got all of my students’ lecture exams graded before class, so I was able to show them how they did.

I drank a half-liter cherry Pepsi. I love the stuff, but I allow myself pop/soda only two or three times a week, so it’s a treat.

I woke up at 3am to take out a vomiting dog and attend to her grass eating needs back n forth for hours .
Went back to bed about 6am freezing and three blankets and electrical heating blanket on mattress did not warm me so I put clothes on.
Then I took care of dogs n home.
Told bf and dogs that I love :two_hearts: them which I usually say every day.

Tried our new washing machine and spoke to loved one on FaceTime.

I ate a delicious chia pudding I made yesterday and made cauliflower in cheese sauce.
