I got up at 6am and went to the treadmill and was on it for a whole hour.

I got a early Christmas gift :gift_heart:.

I cleaned and fed the dogs and I :two_hearts: love a lot and we are having a roast for dinner.

I finally finished my movie poster assignment, I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to re-do it a bit but at least I got the first submission in (we’re allowed up re-submit assignments up the 3 times)

I’ve cut down on pop and fast food. Day 4 of the struggle coming up lol!

I might go out for Indian or Mexican with a friend this week.

Woke up feeling well rested.

Went to the gym and walked for 20mins and then sprinted. Afterwards lifted some weights.

Came home took a cold shower and put on some nice clothes and was smelling good.

Bought a cup of coffee to treat myself and it’s pay day.

Went to work.

I had release (bowel movement)
Without laxatives (I have been on daily laxatives for a year or so)

My boyfriends friend that I feel most comfortable with was here for dinner.
I think he is a nice guy.
I mainly left them alone though.

I slept well.

I walked my beagle and the leaves are turning color.
Got a Christmas card and Toblerone bars.
Made turkey burgers and acorn squash for dinner with my husband.

It’s too early to say for today, I just woke up, but yesterday:

  1. I had the day off
  2. I didn’t have to go anywhere

  • I stayed in a ward voluntarily for one night, but im already home again. I even washed some dishes to make it a better place here. Im a little better than the last few days.
  • Today for a moment i decided im not a completely evil person. Made some stupid choices, yes, but i dont think im the evilest person in the world anymore.
  • I cut an upcoming psychotic break short by stepping over my fear of meds, raising doses and asking help voluntarily.

  1. I finished radiation today. It was rather underwhelming.
  2. Cooked and baked. Made Sausage Egg Cups to freeze for breakfast. Sausage patties. Tuna salad. And I hard boiled 6 more eggs to make deviled eggs. I’m a bit intimidated to peel them.
  3. Walked 20 minutes and am eating normally again. Drinking lots of water and chewing gum is helping me stay satiated.
