Shirataki noodles are a great zero calorie snack. I need some!

Today(Sunday 9/16)

  1. Took a nice walk with my teen.
  2. Ate a chocolate chip muffin my teen baked.
  3. Ran the dishwasher and clothes washer.

Thank you guys for joining in. Makes me happy we are seeing some positives! Only 3 is easy to do and still fills the need for positive affirmations.

  1. Decided to walk with my mom to Shoppers Drug Mart and McDonald’s (before this I was dreading being around others due to head pressure, but it has improved substantially due to a head exercise I found out.) I had to use noise isolating earbuds (Bose Quietcomfort 20s) so it was pretty effortless, but eventually I’ll stop using them and get used to the crowd noises.

  2. Exercised 30-40 minutes on recumbent bike.

  3. Had a nice lunch with parents, discussed current events.

Woke up in a good mood.

My good mood persisted throughout the day.

I ate a tasty dinner of leftover pasta, along with a couple pieces of cheesy Texas toast.

I got to catch up on sleep today and spent most of the day relaxing.
I got to watch a really funny movie with a family member.
I didn’t have any hallucinations today!!

  1. new med is working very well, got rid of command hallucinations for now
  2. don’t feel lost or scared in public anymore
  3. got a ticket and some money saved to visit mother in CA (in San Francisco) next month (she moved out there about three months ago). Really hoping to stabilize by then, since I’ll need to go through airport security and boarding and all that. So far so good.

Met with my pdoc and i think we have a good med plan.

My brother and I met with the financial services lady and it seems pretty positive.

Had supper with my parents and brother and sister in law which was great.
