Got some new weights. Exercised for over 30 minutes with added weight on some exercises.

It’s 2pm and still some time to go but have over 22,500 steps up with a lot of jogging on the spot.

Didn’t have a nap today. That is winning Charlie!

Despite having some issues with finger reach for frets, I picked up B C D on B string to add to my playing and reading knowledge.

Playing an actual song now, even though it’s rudimentary

Am currently able to drink a Cherry Pepsi because blood sugar was low. Tastes great! A rare treat.

  1. I slept 10 hrs a night for the past 3 nights. I totally cut out diet soda.

Had lovely porridge for breakfast.and showered and washed clothes.

  • I sat in the garden with my neighbour at a distance (i also have covid)

I been up today though i was tired.
Bought some food.
Walked 30 minutes.

It’s only around 10 am but here goes;

Exercised half a hour.

Bought cookies as a Christmas present.

Got a phone call from my loved one.

Over 25,000 steps but still need to add jogging outside.

Had a rest day yesterday but into it again today. 25 minutes of my weights workout.

Talked to some friends on phone. Looking to get together this Wed for a catch up. One friend is in Penang Malaysia for a month and one is still in covid isolation so there’s just the 3 of us.

Another day of my weights routine with increased weights on dumbells and straight bar. Feeling it too which is good.

Over 20,000 steps for the day.

Dad went to the races with a brother so house to myself. Got to catch up on some bad reality television. A good day!

You have such a nice way of writing. I hope you don’t take this the wrong way but I always love reading your posts cause they’re really honest. Have you ever thought of writing a book? I think you should, your posts are pretty captivating sometimes.

I used to do creative writing when I was a teenager.

I do write a journal every week or every few days.
I just write how my day has been n how I feel…what’s going on etc
