I can’t believe I’ve spent this much. I do make the orders last 2 meals usually.
Still that’s a shocking amount to be spending. No more takeaway from now on. Save the £s and save the lbs lol.

Food is expensive, I used to spend 400$/month on eating out when I used to work full time up until I stopped working end of March 2020. My brother takes food from home to his work so he saves lots of money. I should do the same.
That’s only food at work and doesn’t include eating out with friends so its more like more than 600$/month!
Damn, that’s insane. I’m just thinking of all the video games, add ons, and music sample packs I could buy with that lol.
Now that I don’t work I just eat once a month food from restaurents on UberEats.
My daughter is vegan, and her foods that she eats are really expensive. Im having a hard time affording them. My husband and I are both disabled. I really wish she could eat our food. She’s having trouble finding a job unfortunately.
We need to get you in the kitchen mane!
For about eight dollars worth of groceries you can make a huge pot of chili.
$0 on takeaway this month so far. $33 on groceries. Still eating on what I bought last month. And my son and ex pick up groceries too. I am about to order Walmart though and that will go way up.
Walmart is high on food price wise. One good thing is they carry food that other stores don’t .
It annoys me that vegetables and fruit are more expensive than cheap fast food, or ready meals. If the Government wants us to be healthy, then they ought to change the prices.
That sounds familiar. Squirrelette is in for a big shock when she is finally on her own and trying to eat the way she does on her dime instead of ours.
I completely agree!
