@saynow I take all my medicines myself. I am taking medicines since the last 23 years. I think the last time that I missed my medicine was 15 years back. In total I missed taking my medicine only 2 or 3 times. If you imagine that each pill of medicine that you are taking is contributing in curing your illness, the motivation will certain come.

I remember feeling like a total zombie in the first few years on these AP’s. But then, over time, the zombie feeling gradually wore off and then I felt like a normal person, even on a whole boatload of meds.

I’m glad to hear u say that bc it’s a worry for me and it’s scary bc u start thinking “is it really going to be like this for the rest of my life?!”
