i made my 100 day goal, now i will not post about it, until 1 year smoke free. at first my drinking increased while i quit smoking, but now i’ve cut back to a couple drinks a week and haven’t reached for a pack of cigarettes.
also i put on 15 pounds.
Congrats, it gets easier and easier over time. How are you cravings after all this time now?
i have no cravings. occasionally i come across a person smoking and that kinda makes me want to light up but not that strong of an urge. im pretty much over it and am sleeping better now, the worst part about quitting smoking was the disrupted sleep at night. but now im back to getting 8 hours a night. for a couple months i was waking up at 430 or 5am every morning.
That’s cool, I found after the 6 month mark things really improved for me.
I haven’t had a smoke in 13 years. I live with 2 heavy smokers so I smell it all the time, but I have no desire to smoke at all anymore.
one guy at the gas station one day bought a pack of cigarettes and the smell on his clothes repulsed me instead of wanting one. so i guess that’s a positive sign.
Amazing. Good for you.
wow good job dude thats an accomplishment
