1,000 Words (A poem)

Snapshot hung in a frame

Written on the back is a name

Eyes stained red from the flash

Precious memories of the past

An old scrapbook bound in leather

These moments captured forever

Wow, very good @Dreamer!
I like it!

Thank you @Wave

I stumbled across some old photo albums and got sentimental.

I like it! You might try for a better rhyme in the middle couplet, but it is still good.

I like it that the middle 2 lines don’t rhyme. Keeps it from being sing-songy.

I like this poem too.
