Who is your idol and how did you care for him/her?

Today I was stunned by a piece of news saying Fei W (王菲) , my favorite singer, has reunited with her Ex boyfriend, the movie star Tingfeng X (谢霆锋). After 11 years of split, they brought back together again. What has surprised me is me being so thrilled for my idol that I could not be able to calm down and get to work this morning.

Fei W has some magic glamor. She looks extremely innocent as if she was a newly born baby. Her whole being including her looks, acts and speech can be summed up by a word “crystal clear , simple and shining”. I am thrilled for her now because nobody is more suitable for her personality than the star Tingfeng X. Tingfeng is “crystal clear”, too.

Who is your idol and how would you describe his/her personality ?

@green5,its a good news to the music industry. My Idol is Yoga Lin(林宥嘉),he is a mesmerizing singer,i like his song but i like the way he appear in shows and interview more,he seems to be a person who is assertive and had a lot of fighting spirit.I want to be like him.

i used to like a singer from taiwan also,Aaron Yan(炎亚纶)but i really don’t like that he did plastic surgery…anyway i still support him and his song as a whole

I’ve been thinking on this one sort of hard… I can’t find an idol. I don’t remember putting up any posters of people in my room or wishing I could be like someone else specifically.

There is a disorganized comic by the name of Dylan Moran who people say I remind them of… (he nervously plays with his hair a lot… just like I do)
I like his gentle humor… But he’s not a Idol.

I admire a lot of stand-up comics.

I look up to my Dad a lot and hope that as I get older I can be more of a gentleman like him. I also look up to my Mom and hope that I can someday be as proactive and organized as she is.

But I still can’t think of an idol.

I try not to idolize anyone, that can get you into trouble. When I was in the midst of psychosis I came close to idolizing my bf. He could do no wrong. I would do anything for him. It was starting to get unhealthy. But now I’ve set boundaries and we are in a much better place.

I have a habit of idolizing my husband, but, no movie stars, singers, etc.

I admit… I’ve gone through that with my kid sis… when she would act out… I would get really mad at anyone who pointed out that my kid sis was pushing boundaries and acting up. It’s what all kids do… but I would still get really ticked if people told me.

She and I have been working on boundaries for over a year now… it’s getting better.

It’s really tough setting boundaries. “I” statements are really powerful tools. “I feel… when you… because…” The first time I used one it just stopped him in his tracks and he listened and the behavior I wanted changed, changed. They get easier with practice too.

I look up to my former peer specialist. He inspires me to be better. I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s the greatest man I’ve ever met and I consider myself lucky to call him friend.
