What's better for me Mountain Dew or Energy drinks?

Any clue? They both have caffeine and sugar…:droplet:???

That is a hard choice… as far as health… neither…

So then I guess it’s time to pick the one that you’ll enjoy more.

Medications already make you more likely to get diabetes - then the added sugar will almost guarantee it.

Avoid the sugar (and other simple carbs like potato chips, white rice, sweets, etc).

Talk to the other people here who already have diabetes and ask what its like…

So what I should drink coffee!? It makes me sick. :person_with_pouting_face:

Boom!

Try green tea. Make sure you eat breakfast before your 1st cup of coffee, unless you absolutely can’t stand it.

Yea, well I need something that stimulates me since my medication is a downer.

Mountain Dew is cheaper and probably better for your mental health due to less caffeine and other ingredients. But I like drinking Monster Low-Carb. I try to have one a day because of the same reasons you stated. The medications sedate me. I feel like I can’t do anything and Monsters help me. But I need to be careful because if I have two or more monsters I risk becoming psychotic. I’ve been addicted to them for years. My parents and doctors hate it.

You could start a new line of carbonated teas with more caffeine. About 75 mg.

Then you’d be rich and have a drink of choice.

Maybe you can start it and I will design it.

This might actually be a good idea. Monster rehab is alright, the green tea stuff, but even that hits a bit hard and has a syrupy quality to it.

I’ll think on it.
