What makes it difficult for a person to communicate your needs?

i had problem communicating my needs,and doesn’t know how to politely asked for help and be helped,it causes me to struggle,why do I had such a hard time to communicate my needs??

Are you sure you know what help you need? If you don’t it’s hard to ask for something you don’t know.

I have the hardest time asking for help, especially if it involves using the phone.
I have it in my mind that no one would be willing to, or could help me, so I just don’t bother people and tough it out alone.

Write down what you need and NEVER be afraid to ask.
I think all of us have a hard time with that one.
My son asked me to wash 2 dishes a few days ago. This was so he could sit down and rest his leg. But he stood right next to me the whole time.
Your post just made me realize that.
