Vraylar was originally rejected by the FDA

So there’s a lot of hope for iti-007 still.

The data continue the turbulent history of cariprazine, which was originally rejected by the FDA in schizophrenia and bipolar disorder before later winning over the regulator.

I know that everyone reacts differently to these drugs but I had such an awful experience with Vraylar.
This article doesn’t surprise me to be honest.

No surprise here what the hell are the FDA thinking these days.

May aswell just use risperidone or haldol

I sure hope that ITI passes FDA approval.
I would love to be able to take pride in my appearance again, i.e. Wearing clothes that fit, and not being a slave to akithisia and motor discomfort.'it would be a dream come true

Oh and vraylar works pretty well on controlling symptoms from what I understand. So maybe there is some hope for ITI, my guess is the safety profile of vraylar wasn’t great. That stuff made me feel pretty wierd.

Without the stiffness I wouldn’t know what to do. Might just have to take up belly dancing or learn how to rhumba in south beach.

I take Vraylar and I really like it. Only side effect is insomnia but I take Trazodone for it.
