@Chess24 How about trying with one small thing .
Some people set their goals very low because if they donât achieve them to the standards theyâve set for the goals they get crushed. They may become depressed. They havenât built resilience, the ability to bounce back from adversity.
Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. If you set out to do a load of laundry, but for whatever reason you can only do half a load, you havenât failed at doing laundry. You did half a load, and as soon as you can youâll do the other half. Everything is fine.
These are aimed at school children but may be a good starting point @Chess24

I usually just eat microwaved meals.
What makes it out of reach? why give up? Thatâs very sad to me.
Love your wisdom kindness, most truly I do.
I agree with a few things youâve written but the whole bit about bullet point number three gives me pause. I think ambition is a good thing to have though even if in small doses as you said. Iâll never be a pilot as my eyes are screwed up but I fly model airplanes when I can so sometimes we just need to settle for less which can still be an awesome experience.
